The work covered by the contract consisted of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and performing all operations in connection with furnishing ready-mix concrete as indicated per the scope of work. We designed and test the ready-mix concrete and supply the material. We were also responsible for placing the concrete and performing any quality assurance testing on site.
