Since 2003, Gılgamış has supported client’s projects and contracts with highly qualified personnel, outsourcing skilled and unskilled labor in association with project specific requirements. Gılgamış has a written recruitment and training plan as well as written policies to comply with the international laws and regulations.
As a major project requirement in our past experiences in U.S Military Projects, our human resources department as well as the total number of the personnel is lectured and trained regarding combat fighting against human trafficking (FAR Provision Subpart 22.17—Combating Trafficking in Persons and we have an awareness program in order to orient the newly recruited personnel as well as refresnener trainings quarterly , semi-annually and annually trainings. We have developed a “zero tolerance” to the violations that any personnel without any discrimination against this policy will be dissmissed from the positions. Under this policy, the agencies who charges illegal fees from the recruited personnel , shall not be utilized in any of the services we provide.

Logistics Support
Gılgamış offers logistics and transportation services , providing a warehousing capacity with enough inventory to please the customers. Up to now, we have provided successful transportation services to Iraq, All Middle East, Central Asia as well as Africa.We do have a joint logistics and equipment park area in each location furnished with all supervision, machinery as well as the IT tools for global communication with a GPS tracking system in order to provide a fulltime reporting to the clients .This also provides us an opportunity to asses the performance of the logistics team on promt deliveries to the remote and contingent environments. And have the capabilities to establish new warehouses and facilities in order to support our transportation system.Our trucking inventory consists of light vehicles, trailers, low-bed trucks, refrigerated trailers for food transportation (Compliant with the U.S. Military Regulation-TB Med 530), fuel tanker trailers,etc. Furthermore, it is significant to point out our heavy haul trailers for facilities machinery (refineries,factories..) transportation.In order to meet the standards we do have a well-established transportation quality plan consisting of recruitment,training, health-safety and environment, actions againts pilferages, dispacth and maintenance plan as well as a security action plan.
